Statement of Warranty:

The seller guarantees to the buyer that the provided property will match its description. Any claim for misidentification must be submitted before the property is removed. If the seller verifies that the asset, property does not match the description of the property, the seller will keep the asset and return any payments made. The seller's obligation is limited only to the actual purchase price of the asset.
