StokArti.com does not maintain a general privacy policy or terms of use for public visitors. A "Membership Agreement" exists solely for registered members. While data practices regarding registered members are outlined in that contract, there are no specific provisions or protections for users accessing StokArti services without a membership (and therefore without accepting the contract).
Collection of Inventory Data, IP Addresses, and Browsing History
StokArti may use personal member information to tailor the experience to specific preferences and interests in order to provide better service. StokArti reserves the right to modify the conditions of the membership contract unilaterally at any time, without prior notice. The agreement states that amended provisions become effective for all members immediately upon publication.
