5. Buying and Selling Policy

5.1. Product Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability. STOKARTI acts as an intermediary platform and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the items advertised.

5.2. Payment and Escrow

To ensure trust, STOKARTI may utilize a secure payment system (Escrow). Buyers’ payments are held securely and are not released to the Seller until the delivery is confirmed according to the agreed terms. By making a purchase, the Buyer agrees to these payment conditions.

5.3. Shipping and Customs

Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import/export fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. STOKARTI may offer logistics support, but the ultimate liability for customs compliance rests with the parties involved in the transaction.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on this Portal—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software—is the property of STOKARTI or its content suppliers and is protected by Turkish and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
