It is engineered specifically for the automated alignment and UV bonding of achromatic doublets and complex multi-element lens assemblies, ensuring a centration error of under 0.1 microns. Active Alignment & Doublet Manufacturing

This system eliminates operator error during the critical cementing process. It features a motorized triple autocollimator array (ACM 1, 2, 3) to continuously monitor the optical axis of both lenses simultaneously. The integrated Piezo controller allows for sub-micron manipulation of the top element, while the integrated Hönle UV light source and foot pedal instantly cure the optical adhesive the moment perfect centration is achieved.

This automated cementing cell pairs ideally alongside the Schneider ALG200 centering and edging machine and Kwang-Jin NC Curve Generator systems to establish a complete, high-yield optical manufacturing workflow from raw shaping to final doublet assembly.
